How can I make an order ?
Simply select your cookie amount and flavour choice from the store tab and add to cart. When your all done proceed to check out and add your address and payment information and confirm. Once the payment is confirmed await for your cookies to arrive.
How long will my cookies last for?
The cookies are fresh products containing no additives or preservatives and it is best consumed within 2-3 days
Can I reheat my cookies?
Feel like a gooey cookie? You can either ... Microwave: Place the cookie(s) on a microwave safe plate and warm for a few seconds OR Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the cookie(s) on a baking tray and warm for 3-5 minutes. Allow a few minutes to cool. Sit back and enjoy! To reheat from frozen, place cookie(s) into a preheated oven at 180Cº for approximately 8 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.
How do I store my cookies?
Cookies should be kept at room temperature in an airtight container. Crumbcious cookies can be frozen and eaten at a later date, we recommend freezing them no longer than 3 months.
How long will my cookies take to arrive?
Crumbcious cookies are sent by tracked mail and should receive your yummy cookies within 48 hours of making your order (please allow more time during public hoildays).
Can I make a change to my order?
Once you have checked out, we are unable to make any changes to your order or delivery date or address
Are the cookies vegeterian friendly?
Yes all cookies are suitable for vegeterians and we will shortly have vegan options too!
