Customer Responsibility:

• Please ensure to thoroughly check through all your details and make sure they are correct before completing your order.
• Crumbcious has advised all products are not suitable for anyone with any food allergy of any kind. It is the customer ordering the item's responsibility to ensure those consuming the products are fully aware of this.
• It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly read through the terms and conditions before any purchase. 
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the products are correctly stored to avoid any issues (please see FAQ's for full details)
• For larger orders, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure payment received is by the date specified this shall be constituted as breach of contract by the client if not received on time. We reserve the right to hold the order until payment is made in full. When payment is late we accept no responsibility should we be unable to purchase the required stock or equipment to make the item(s) as laid out in the order confirmation. In these circumstances the item(s) will be made as close to the order confirmation as possible with no redress or liability on Crumbcious.

Deliveries:

• It is the customer's responsibility to enter all the necessary details correctly to ensure the items are delivered to your chosen destination.
• On delivery customers must come to the main entrance (if living in flats or residential areas) or the front door for collection. We cannot enter residential areas or homes.
• Once a delivery time and date has been confirmed, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is there to accept the order, we are unable to re-deliver.

Storage:

• The cookies are fresh products containing no additives or preservatives and it is our right to assume consumption within 2-3 days.
• Cookies should NOT be refrigerated and kept at room temperature in an airtight container
• Crumbcious cookies can be frozen and eaten at a later date, we recommend freezing them no longer than 3 months.
  

Customer Satisfaction, returns & cancellations:

• The standard policy for cookies is that once recieved they are non-refundable. You can email info@crumbcious.co.uk regarding any issues with your order, then we can aim to rectify the situation.
• If the products arrives damaged (for deliveries only), missing part of the order or is the completely wrong product from the order information received, you will need to provide us with photographic evidence to begin the enquiry process and we ask that the products should be retained for our investigation.
  Subject to our findings we will resend your order again. We cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.
• We cannot refund any of Crumbcious products on the basis that the taste is simply not to your liking.
• Once the order has been received, we are unable to make any changes to cookie flavours.
• When making an order if the incorrect information has been entered as soon as it has been confirmed please get in touch as soon as possible at info@crumbcious.co.uk If your order has already been prepared this will not be possible. Please note additional charges may apply.
• No contract is made with you until we have received your booking fee or full payment. Once your booking fee or full payment has been received and/or an order is confirmed you are in a legally binding contract with Crumbcious and therefore are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated by Crumbcious.
• Please note all booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Substitutions & complaints:

• There may be a rare occasion when we cannot supply you with the exact flavours selected on your order and you will be given an alternative flavour from your current selection.
• Any issues must be bought to our attention with 24 hours of collection or delivery to give fair opportunity to assess the nature of the complaint.
• Please note we can only deal with the client who placed the original order

Allergens:

• Crumbcious are not suitable for egg, milk, nut, peanut, soya and sulphite allergy sufferers. All Crumbcious products contain cereals containing gluten.
• Our vegan cookies are prepared to a vegan recipe, but not suitable for milk and egg allergy sufferers because these allergens are present in the environment in which they are made.
